All rights are protected. It is strictly forbidden to copy, distribute, publish or modify any material contained on the Colibrí Academy (COLIBRÌ) website and portals.

Terms for using the portal content

You purchase access to the portal's content during the course period. The course content is protected by copyright and is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not use the product or materials available in the course in a manner that constitutes an infringement of our rights, or in a manner that has not been authorized by COLIBRÌ. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, publish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works, exploit or distribute in any way or medium (including e-mail or other electronic means) any materials of the product. Duplicating, sharing, or uploading product files for sharing on websites is considered to be stealing and will be prosecuted to the extent permitted by law.

However, you may download and / or print one copy of certain pages on the site for personal, non-commercial use, provided all copyright and other proprietary rights are retained.

Terms of purchase

Colibrí Academy is the name of the academy, while Camilla Aase ENK is the business.

Camilla Aase ENK, hereafter referred to as Aase ENK, makes it easy, safe and free from unpleasant surprises when purchasing. Below you can see our complete purchase terms.

Right to cancellation for corporate customers: courses, consultations and membership services

Our membership services, courses and consultations sold to the corporate market do not have a cancellation period unless this has been disclosed by the seller or information about the cancellation period is given during the purchase process / on the purchase page. Any cancellation period will only apply in accordance with the conditions given on the purchase page or in the purchase process.

Right to cancellation for consumers and courses with advertised cancellation period

On courses advertised with a 14-day open purchase (right of withdrawal), this right of cancellation applies from the date of purchase, unless we have announced that we will provide a 14-day cancellation period from the start date of the course. If you wish to use the cancellation period, you must inform us before the deadline. We will refund you your money within 1 week from the date of your application. Refunds will be made to the same account the money was paid from. Other cancellation period may apply if specified. If you do not give notice before the deadline, the right of cancellation will expire, and money will not be refunded.

We note that the right to cancel only applies to consumers, and not a person representing a business activity. If you buy our courses / packages that are aimed at developing a business concept / marketing, we believe that you act as part of business activities.

Warranties

Any warranties given in connection with the purchase of the product can only be used if the conditions for the warranty are fulfilled and that written notice is given to us no later than before the warranty expires. If you wish to make use of any agreed warranty, we ask you to document that you have completed your part of the agreement. When using the warranty, all access to the course portal and associated services is stopped as a result of the refund of the course amount.

Card payments

We accept Visa and MasterCard through our partners Stripe and/or Simplero. All transactions are encrypted by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and are 100% secure. Card payments are made without additional fees.

Part payment and installments

A purchase made on an installment scheme, either in writing or orally, is considered binding and must be paid in full by the deadline. If installments are not paid within the agreed time, the outstanding amount will be forwarded to a debt collection agency.

Sale to minors

If you are under 18 years of age, you must have permission of a parent or guardian in order to buy from us.

Upon registration you will receive a username and password, and a member profile for use during the course and in the private member portal. If you want to take courses with a business partner or work partner, each person must purchase the course individually. If you want an assistant or a whole group to take the course, a separate membership will have to be purchased for each participating member.

Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and must insist that you respect the privacy of others attending the course. Thus, this is a mutual agreement on confidentiality. We respect your confidentiality and confidential information. By purchasing this product, you agree to respect the same rights of course participants and representatives of Aase ENK and its affiliates.

You are free to discuss your personal results from our courses and assignments. However, all experience and statements, either verbally or in writing, from any other participant or Aase ENK team must be kept strictly confidential.

Security & Privacy

We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which means that all orders are encrypted, i.e. completely secure. Aase ENK warrants that we will never provide your personal information or email address to third parties, provided there are no special reasons, such as that the police, public prosecutor or similar ask for information. You have the right to receive the information we have registered about you, and if you believe it is incorrect or irrelevant, you may request correction or removal from our Customer Register. If so, contact customer service.

Disclaimer

Aase ENK and our partners disclaim all financial requirements related to any of our websites, videos, newsletters, course portal or other content. We have done everything we can to ensure that the content is of high quality. By purchasing this course, you accept and agree that you are fully responsible for your progress and results from attending the course. We offer no guarantee of results. You alone are responsible for your actions, and your results depend on personal factors, including your skills, knowledge, ability and commitment.

Cancellation and postponement

Aase ENK reserves the right to cancel or postpone the course due to reasons beyond Aase ENK's control. In case of cancellation of the course participant's initiative, the course fee will be refunded. Upon postponement by Aase ENK, the course participant will be offered participation at a later date.

Limitation and liability

By purchasing this product, you agree that you use the company's services at your own risk and that the program is an information service. You release the company and its employees, its affiliates and partners' employees from any liability for any damages that may arise and for any claims arising from any agreement between the parties. You accept all risks, predictable or unpredictable.

Private disputes

In the event that a dispute arises between you and the company, you agree that the sole means for resolving such a dispute shall be the communication between you and the Company. You agree that you will not engage in any conduct or communication with a third party, public or private, which will result in public disclosure by the company.

The agreement

This agreement cannot be transferred by either party.

Termination

By purchasing this product, you agree that Aase ENK may, at its sole discretion, terminate this agreement and limit, suspend or terminate the customer's participation in the program without refund of the fee if the customer becomes disruptive to the company or other course participants. This also applies to breaches of the terms.

Dispute settlement

If the dispute is not resolved first through negotiations between the parties, a disagreement or dispute relating to this agreement may be sent to the conciliation board or court.

Notices

Any notices of disagreement given by one of the parties to the other may be delivered personally or by post, registered or certified with a receipt. The notification must be sent to the parties at the addresses shown below.

Unforeseen circumstances

If Aase ENK or its affiliates is prevented from delivering or making any compulsory redelivery - or such supply obligation becomes unreasonably burdensome as a result of labour dispute or any other circumstance where the parties cannot dispose of it, such as fire, war, mobilisation or unforeseen military summons of equivalent scope, requisition, seizure, currency restrictions, rebellion and riots, scarcity of means of transport, general commodity scarcity, restriction on the supply of power, and deficiencies in or delays in deliveries from subcontractors or manufacturers due to such circumstances referred to in this paragraph, Aase ENK is exempt from all other liability than in complaints cases where Aase ENK reimburses the defective goods purchase price.
